Location: Quarry Regional Wilderness Park, Cobble Hill
Description: Lace up your hiking boots for a moderate 2–3 hour hike up Cobble Hill Mountain. This trail offers a mix of forest paths and open vistas, ideal for nature lovers.
Details: Bring water, snacks, and sturdy shoes. Meet at the trailhead parking lot: 3606 Empress Rd, Cobble Hill, BC V8H 4A4

Location: Cherry Point Nature Observation Park, Cobble Hill

Details: Kayak rentals (~$75 CAD per person) for a 2 hour tour. Bring sunscreen and a hat. RSVP in advance for our group booking.

Shawnigan Lake Day with Picnic
Location: West Shawnigan Lake Provincial Park, Shawnigan Lake
Description: Spend a relaxing day at the beautiful Shawnigan Lake, just a short drive from Cobble Hill. Enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, or simply lounging by the water, followed by a delicious group picnic featuring local treats. A perfect way to soak up the summer vibes before the wedding!
Details: Bring swimwear, towels, and sunscreen. Picnic provided; dietary options available with RSVP. Free entry to the park. Paddleboard rentals (~$20–$30 CAD per hour) available on-site. RSVP required for picnic planning.
Wedding Day
Get ready for an epic wedding day at our friends’ charming hobby farm! Kids are welcome or feel free to leave them home! There will be space for some people to camp or park trailers onsite and we will have some recommendations for childcare locally for those of you who wish to keep the party going past 8 pm ;)
Post-Wedding Hangover Breakfast
Location: Merridale Cidery & Distillery, Cobble Hill
